Our method
After the initial contact, our team will visit your property to take precise measurements of the spaces, which are essential for starting the design of your B&B.
Once the measurements have been collected, we will meet at our studio or a location of your choice to analyze your needs in detail. During the meeting, we will focus on the type of clientele, the desired layout, preferred style, and color palette, providing our interior designer with a solid foundation for the project.
The meeting will last approximately 2 hours, during which we will explore all your preferences and needs.
Within 10 days of the meeting, we will develop three complete design proposals with furnishings, based on the predetermined budget. These proposals will be presented for your evaluation.
You will be able to review the projects and decide whether to proceed with us. You will be free to make changes to the designs. Up to this point, you will have no obligation towards us.
After selecting the project, you will sign the contract and we will begin the work at your property.
In addition to managing the administrative procedures related to the work, we will handle the necessary documentation for the opening of your B&B, simplifying the bureaucratic process.
Upon request, we will also handle the creation and management of the website and major social media accounts for your B&B, ensuring an effective online presence.


Start-Up Procedures
In Italy, the procedures for opening a B&B vary from region to region. Each region establishes specific requirements, such as the number of rooms, the minimum and maximum number of bathrooms, and the necessary documentation. Here is a clear guide to starting your B&B business:
- Number of Rooms
The number of rooms must be between 3 and 6, and the number of beds between 6 and 20, depending on the region. The minimum surface area is 8 square meters for a single room and 14 square meters for a double room. A private bathroom is not always mandatory, but in some regions, it is required for a certain number of rooms or beds. - Breakfast

Procedures vary from region to region. You will need to submit the SCIA (Certified Notice of Business Commencement) through the municipality’s website, along with the following documents:- Identification card and tax code of the owner
- Location of the building
- Number and arrangement of beds
- Sanitary facilities available to guests
- Auxiliary services
- Opening and closing periods
Tax Regime
